PART I — ENGLISH VERSION
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client” or “Traveler”) and Let’s Travel Corp, a Florida corporation doing business as Let’s Travel Adonay and Inspiration Travel (the “Agency”). Please read them carefully before making any payment.
1. Agreement
By booking, paying for, or participating in any travel services offered by the Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions on your own behalf and on behalf of every traveler included in your booking, and you represent that you are authorized to bind each of them. Any payment made to the Agency, whether in full or as a deposit, constitutes full acceptance of this agreement. Electronic signatures, email confirmations, WhatsApp or text-message acknowledgments, and online or card payments are legally binding under the Florida Electronic Signature Act and the federal E-SIGN Act.
2. Agency Role
The Agency acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between the Client and third-party travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, ground operators, car rental companies, insurers, and other providers, collectively “Suppliers”). The Agency does not own, operate, control, or supervise any Supplier or its personnel, vehicles, vessels, aircraft, or accommodations. The Agency is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, negligence, delays, overbooking, cancellations, insolvency, or failure to perform of any Supplier, nor for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising therefrom. Each Supplier’s own terms, conditions, and contract of carriage apply to the Client and are incorporated herein by reference. The Agency may book certain services through an accredited host agency or consortium; such arrangements do not alter the Agency’s role as intermediary.
3. Payments & Fees
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment plans may be available; the full balance must be paid by the specified due date. Failure to pay any installment or the final balance when due may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, forfeiture of all amounts paid, and application of the cancellation penalties in Section 4, without further notice. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee, which is non-refundable. Bank wire, Zelle, or other transfer fees are the Client’s responsibility. Any planning, consultation, or service fee charged by the Agency is earned when paid and is non-refundable. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received. Airline tickets are 100% non-refundable once issued. The Client authorizes the Agency to charge the payment method on file for the balance due on the agreed schedule and for any Supplier-imposed increases disclosed to the Client.
4. Cancellations & Changes
4.1 Deposit. A deposit is required to confirm any booking. The deposit is applied to secure and guarantee the Client’s reservation with the Supplier or tour operator and is committed to the Supplier on the Client’s behalf as soon as it is paid; for that reason, all deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable from the moment they are paid, under any circumstance, including client-initiated cancellations, no-shows, force majeure, Supplier cancellations, denied boarding, denied entry, or failure to meet documentation or health requirements. The deposit amount is set for each program according to the Supplier’s or tour operator’s requirements and is stated in the proposal or invoice; where a Supplier requires a higher or earlier deposit, the Supplier’s requirement applies. The deposit is retained by the Agency as liquidated damages for planning services, administrative costs, and Supplier commitments made on the Client’s behalf. The Client acknowledges that this amount is a reasonable estimate of the Agency’s damages, which would be difficult to calculate precisely, and not a penalty, and expressly waives any right to dispute, charge back, or otherwise seek recovery of the deposit.
4.2 Final payment. The full balance is due no later than sixty (60) days before departure. Notwithstanding the foregoing, certain Suppliers and tour operators require full payment earlier depending on the destination and type of program: cruise lines and European and other international tour operators generally require payment in full no later than one hundred twenty (120) days before departure, and some group, pilgrimage, and destination-celebration programs require it even earlier. In every such case, the final payment date set by the Supplier or tour operator and stated in the Client’s proposal or invoice governs and prevails over the 60-day rule. The Client acknowledges that these deadlines are imposed by the Supplier, not by the Agency, and that the Agency, as an intermediary, is bound to remit funds to the Supplier on the Supplier’s schedule. Once the applicable final payment date has passed, the booking is 100% non-refundable. Failure to pay the balance when due is deemed a cancellation by the Client, with forfeiture of the deposit and all amounts paid and application of the schedule below.
4.3 Cancellation schedule. All cancellations are subject to Supplier policies. Unless the Supplier’s or program’s policy is stricter, in which case the stricter policy prevails, the following penalties apply, calculated on the total booking price and never less than the deposit:
• More than 150 days before departure: loss of deposit, plus any non-refundable Supplier amounts already incurred
• 150–121 days before departure: 30% of total booking (minimum: the deposit)
• 120–91 days before departure: 50% of total booking
• 90–61 days before departure: 75% of total booking
• 60 days or less before departure, or after the final payment date: 100% — no refund
Airline tickets are 100% non-refundable once issued, regardless of the schedule above. Cruises, European and other international land programs, group, pilgrimage, destination-wedding, and quinceañera programs are operated by third-party cruise lines and tour operators whose own cancellation schedules, penalties, and final payment dates apply to the Client in addition to, and where stricter in place of, the schedule above. Those Supplier terms are provided with the proposal and are incorporated herein by reference. The Agency is not an airline, cruise line, or tour operator; it is contractually bound to the Supplier for the funds committed on the Client’s behalf and cannot refund amounts that the Supplier retains under its terms. Unused services, late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows are non-refundable.
4.4 Procedure and changes. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Agency’s email address in Section 25 and take effect on the business day the Agency acknowledges receipt. Changes requested by the Client (names, dates, hotels, room category, itinerary) are subject to Supplier approval, Supplier change fees, any fare or rate difference, and an Agency change fee of USD 50 per change per person unless otherwise stated in writing. Some bookings, including airline tickets, may not allow changes once issued.
4.5 Supplier refunds and credits. A cancellation does not entitle the Client to a cash refund. Where, under the applicable cancellation terms, the Client is entitled to anything for a cancelled service, what is granted is the credit or voucher that the Supplier or tour operator issues under its own terms, net of all applicable cancellation penalties, non-refundable deposits, and fees; the form, value, validity period, and conditions of any such credit are determined solely by the Supplier. Where a Supplier issues a refund or credit to the Agency for a cancelled service, the Agency will pass it on to the Client only after the Agency actually receives it, less non-refundable deposits, Agency fees, processing fees, and the penalties described herein. Supplier credits or vouchers are subject to the Supplier’s own terms, and the Agency does not guarantee their value, validity, or redemption.
4.6 Travel insurance. Because the deposit is non-refundable and the cancellation penalties above apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, family emergency, work conflicts, or events beyond the Client’s control, the Agency strongly recommends that every traveler purchase a travel insurance policy with trip-cancellation and trip-interruption coverage at the time of the deposit. Travel insurance is necessary to protect the deposit and all other amounts paid, and may be the Client’s only means of recovering them. The Agency will offer travel insurance with every booking; a Client who declines it assumes all financial risk of cancellation and releases the Agency from any claim for amounts that insurance would have covered.
5. Travel Documents
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring all travel documents are valid, including passports (recommended minimum 6 months validity beyond the return date), visas, electronic travel authorizations (e.g., ESTA, ETIAS, eTA), health certificates, and any entry, exit, or transit requirements of every country on the itinerary. Any information the Agency provides on such requirements is for general guidance only and does not replace the Client’s duty to verify with the relevant consulate or government authority. The Agency is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, fines, or additional expenses resulting from inadequate documentation, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
6. Booking Accuracy
Clients must review all booking details immediately upon confirmation, including names exactly as they appear on the passport, dates, destinations, and room configuration, and must notify the Agency in writing of any error within 24 hours of receipt. The Agency is not responsible for errors or omissions in information provided by the Client. Name corrections after ticketing may be subject to Supplier fees, may require reissuance at the current fare, or may not be permitted at all.
7. Pricing & Errors
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until full payment is completed. Even after full payment, the Agency reserves the right to pass on to the Client any increase imposed by Suppliers or governments that is beyond the Agency’s control, including fuel surcharges, airport or port taxes, government fees, resort fees, currency fluctuations, and Supplier rate changes. In the event of a pricing error, typographical error, or system glitch, the Agency reserves the right to correct the price or cancel the booking and issue a full refund of any amount paid to the Agency. The Agency is not bound by advertised prices that result from technical errors. Quotations are not confirmed bookings and are subject to availability until a deposit is received and the Supplier confirms.
8. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellations, medical emergencies, evacuation, trip interruptions, and lost luggage. The Agency will offer travel insurance at the time of booking. By declining travel insurance, whether in writing or by not purchasing it, the Client assumes all financial risk of cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and loss, and releases the Agency from any liability related to such events. The Agency is not an insurance provider, does not underwrite or guarantee any coverage, and is not responsible for claims decisions made by any insurer.
9. Health, Vaccination & Fitness to Travel
Clients are responsible for consulting their healthcare provider and verifying all health and vaccination requirements for their destination, including COVID-19 or other disease-related requirements. The Client represents that each traveler is physically and mentally fit to undertake the itinerary, which may involve walking, stairs, uneven terrain, altitude, heat, or long travel days. Any disability, medical condition, pregnancy, dietary restriction, or mobility need must be disclosed in writing at the time of booking; the Agency will relay reasonable requests to Suppliers but cannot guarantee accommodation, and some Suppliers may decline carriage. The Agency is not responsible for denied entry or boarding due to failure to meet health requirements, nor for medical expenses incurred abroad.
10. Minors / Traveling with Children
Clients traveling with minors under 18 are responsible for complying with all airline, country, and destination requirements regarding minors traveling alone or with one parent/guardian. Some countries require notarized parental consent letters, birth certificates, or court orders. An adult aged 18 or older must accompany every minor and remains responsible for the minor’s conduct and compliance at all times. The Agency does not accept bookings for unaccompanied minors and is not responsible for denied entry or boarding of minors.
11. Group Travel, Pilgrimages & Destination Celebrations
Group programs (including pilgrimages, cruises, incentive trips, women’s group travel, destination weddings, and quinceañeras) are priced on a minimum number of paying travelers stated in the proposal. If the group falls below that minimum, the Agency may, at its option, adjust the per-person price, modify inclusions, or cancel the program with a refund of amounts paid to the Agency, less non-refundable deposits and Supplier penalties already incurred. Group rates, deadlines, and payment schedules are set by Suppliers and are stricter than individual bookings; a traveler who withdraws from a group is subject to the full cancellation schedule in Section 4 regardless of whether a replacement is found. Room assignments, rooming lists, seating, and group leader or clergy accommodations are subject to Supplier availability. A group leader, organizer, church, or host who collects funds or communicates on behalf of travelers acts as the travelers’ agent, not the Agency’s, and each traveler remains individually bound by these Terms. For destination weddings, quinceañeras, and other celebrations, venue, vendor, officiant, photography, and legal-ceremony requirements are governed by the destination’s laws and the vendor’s contract; the Agency coordinates but does not guarantee the legal validity of any ceremony abroad.
12. Itinerary Changes & Supplier Substitutions
Itineraries, hotels, flight schedules, ship ports of call, and excursions are provided by Suppliers and may be modified, re-sequenced, or substituted before or during travel for operational, weather, safety, or other reasons. The Agency and its Suppliers reserve the right to substitute hotels, vehicles, guides, or services of comparable category without liability. Such changes do not entitle the Client to a refund or compensation, except as the Supplier’s own policy may provide. Unused services, missed connections, voluntary departures from a program, or early returns are non-refundable. In the event a Supplier ceases operations or becomes insolvent, the Agency will use reasonable efforts to assist the Client but is not liable for the Supplier’s default, and the Client’s recourse is against the Supplier, the Client’s travel insurer, or the Client’s card issuer.
13. Traveler Conduct, Assumption of Risk & Release
The Client acknowledges that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, accident, theft, political unrest, crime, adverse weather, altitude, water activities, transportation hazards, and differing standards of safety, hygiene, and medical care abroad. The Client voluntarily assumes all such risks for themselves and for every traveler in their booking and, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless the Agency, its owners, officers, employees, independent contractors, sub-agents, assistants, agents, host agency, and affiliates, as well as any non-profit organization, church, ministry, or group leader that organizes, sponsors, or promotes the program, from any claim, loss, injury, death, or damage arising from such risks or from the acts or omissions of any Supplier or third party. Each traveler must behave in a manner that does not endanger or disturb other travelers, Suppliers, or the program. The Agency or any Supplier may remove a traveler from a program for disruptive, unlawful, intoxicated, or unsafe conduct, or for failure to comply with Supplier rules or local law; in such case no refund will be given and the traveler bears all costs of return travel and any damages caused.
13A. Client Indemnification
The Client shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Agency and the persons and organizations listed in Section 13 from any claim, loss, damage, penalty, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from the Client’s or any traveler’s breach of these Terms, inaccurate or incomplete information provided to the Agency, violation of any law or Supplier rule, or conduct during travel.
14. Force Majeure
The Agency is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or additional expenses resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, hurricanes, extreme weather, epidemics or pandemics, public health orders, government actions, travel advisories, border closures, strikes, labor disputes, mechanical failures, political instability, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism. In such cases, Supplier policies will apply, no refund is guaranteed by the Agency, and non-refundable deposits and fees remain non-refundable. A U.S. State Department advisory or a Client’s personal decision not to travel does not constitute force majeure for purposes of refund. In any force majeure event, the Agency’s sole obligation is to pass on to the Client any refund or credit that the Supplier actually returns to the Agency, less non-refundable deposits, Agency fees, and processing fees; the Agency shall not be required to refund any amount from its own funds, and the Client’s remedy for amounts not returned by the Supplier is the Client’s travel insurance policy. The Client acknowledges that in force majeure events Suppliers and tour operators generally issue future travel credits or vouchers rather than cash refunds, subject to the Supplier’s own terms, validity periods, and conditions; whether any refund or credit is issued, and in what form, is determined solely by the Supplier under its own policies, not by the Agency. The Agency does not decide, control, or guarantee any Supplier refund or credit, has no obligation to obtain one, and shall not be liable for the Supplier’s decision or for the value, validity, or redemption of any credit or voucher. This Section shall be interpreted in the manner most protective of the Agency to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.
15. Limitation of Liability & Time Limit for Claims
The Agency’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to travel services, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of Agency fees and commissions actually retained by the Agency for the affected services. The Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost vacation time, lost wages, or emotional distress. Any claim against the Agency must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days after the scheduled return date, and any legal action must be commenced within one (1) year after the scheduled return date; otherwise the claim is waived. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
16. Privacy & Data Protection
The Agency’s collection, use, and protection of the Client’s personal data are governed by the Agency’s Privacy Policy, a separate document available at https://www.letstraveladonai.com/ and incorporated herein by reference. By booking with the Agency, the Client acknowledges that personal data will be shared with Suppliers and government authorities, inside and outside the United States, to the extent necessary to complete the travel arrangements.
17. Chargebacks & Collection Costs
The Client agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute for any amount governed by these Terms, including non-refundable deposits, cancellation penalties, processing fees, or services that were provided as booked, and agrees to first contact the Agency in writing to resolve any billing concern. The Client acknowledges that these Terms, the booking confirmation, and the Client’s payment constitute proof of an authorized transaction. If the Client initiates an improper chargeback, the Client shall reimburse the Agency for the disputed amount plus all chargeback fees, bank fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by the Agency, and the Agency may cancel any pending travel services without refund. Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by Florida law, whichever is lower.
18. Photo, Video & Testimonial Release
The Client grants the Agency a perpetual, royalty-free license to use photographs, videos, reviews, and testimonials taken during Agency programs or voluntarily submitted by the Client, in which the Client or members of their party appear, for the Agency’s marketing, website, social media, and promotional materials, without compensation. A Client who does not wish to be included may opt out by written notice to the Agency before departure, and the Agency will make reasonable efforts to honor that request going forward.
19. Communications Consent
By providing a phone number or email address, the Client consents to receive transactional communications (confirmations, itineraries, payment reminders, travel alerts) from the Agency by email, telephone, SMS/text, and WhatsApp, including automated messages. Marketing communications will be sent only with the Client’s consent and may be stopped at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link. Standard message and data rates may apply. Official notices from the Agency are deemed received when sent to the email address on file.
20. Dispute Resolution, Jury Waiver & Class Action Waiver
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or any travel services shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator; the arbitrator may award reasonable attorney’s fees and costs to the prevailing party. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court in Miami-Dade County for matters within that court’s jurisdiction. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CLIENT AND THE AGENCY EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. This Section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
21. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and the Client consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Sections 4, 13, 13A, 15, 17, 20, 21, and 22 survive the completion, cancellation, or termination of any travel services or of this agreement.
23. Entire Agreement, Modifications & Assignment
These Terms & Conditions, together with any written booking confirmation, proposal, invoice, and the Agency’s Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Agency and supersede all prior communications. No verbal representations shall be binding, and no waiver by the Agency of any provision shall be deemed a continuing waiver. The Agency reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time; the version in effect at the time of booking applies. The Client may not assign or transfer a booking or any rights hereunder without the Agency’s written consent. The Agency may assign this agreement to a successor or affiliate.
24. Final Acceptance
Any payment made to the Agency, whether in full or as a deposit, constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the Client and by every traveler in the booking. Electronic confirmations, email acknowledgments, WhatsApp or text-message acknowledgments, and digital payments all constitute legally binding agreement. The Client confirms that they have had the opportunity to review these Terms, to ask questions, and to consult an independent legal advisor before making any payment.

21. Ley Aplicable
